I took velvet ribbon to make the scallops on top, lined up the elephants stamped in Versa, and covered them in clear, glitter embossing powder on shiny gray paper. I layered some black ribbon under the elephants, and voila! I also used several Stampin' Up stamps for the inside and outside words, and the Stampin' Up modern label punch on the front.
This is the inside of the card- I think it is unexpected and cute!

Hope you enjoyed looking! I had a ton of fun making this sweet baby card and got pushed outside my norm with the color challenge! These are not colors I would normally put together, especially for a baby card, but I LOVE how it turned out! Thanks Denami Designs!!
